Green Waste Collection
We the undersigned petition the council to reject the current proposals to charge for the collection of green waste.
Waste collection is part of the basic services provided by the council and paid for by council tax. That the council would even consider charging for the removal of green waste is a betrayal of the contract between it and the local people.
