Instrument Loan: a small number of wind, brass and string instruments are available for loan from the Music Department, subject to availability and payment of a security deposit. (Keyboards, guitars and full drum kits are not available for loan.) *

I accept that lesson fees will be forfeited if 24 hours notice is not given for impending absences for any reason whatsoever. *
I understand that my child will be automatically scheduled for lessons in the following term and that I will have to pay for the full term of lessons unless notification of intention to discontinue is received by Week 6 of the current term. *
