DEADLINE: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2019

Please let us know if you intend to re-enroll your child(ren) next school year. Also, indicate if a new sibling will utilize sibling preference for enrollment. After the re-enrollment deadline we will assume you are NOT re-enrolling and your child(ren)'s spot may be offered to a student on the waitlist.

Please submit this form for EACH student in your family currently enrolled at Meridian.
