MMUA Summer Conference Golf Tournament 

MMUA's golf tournament will be played on Breezy Point's Deacon's Lodge Golf Course. The shotgun start will begin at 1 pm with check-in at the golf course beginning at noon.

Pre-registration as an individual or as a scramble team is required. Walk-ins will not be allowed. You do not need to attend the conference to play in this tournament, but you do need to be a member of MMUA.

Individuals you register for on this form will be on the same team. There is also a section where you can list your team members who will be submitting their own registration. We will try to get you on the team you wish, but it's up to you to confirm with the group in advance to make sure they are golfing and that there is room for you on their team. Individual players not registering with a team will be assigned to one.

Tournament Fees

Conference Attendees - $65 per person * (SEE NOTE TO QUALIFY)
Golf Tournament Only - $110 per person

* Same person must be registered for the 3-day conference and tournament for discount. Vendors attending the trade show only do not qualify for this discount.

Fee includes green fees and golf cart.

Registrations accepted until August 2 or until course is filled, whichever comes first.
