This online registration process is to be used by ALL members of Maiden City Soccer.

For children to participate in our Academy Teams, as well as our after schools programmes and our Football For All Sports Sessions, we need the permission and consent of their parents or guardians.

Please note that 4 years of age is the youngest for children to take part.
