MBTSA Christmas Fundraiser.  $4 from each ornament are going to support the Grassroots Development Program.

Please mark your choices below. One choice per section. Orders must be placed by Dec 18/2021 to be received before Dec 24/2021. Any orders placed after Dec 18/2021 will be received in the new year.

One form per ornament. If you are looking for more than one ornament please complete a form for each one.

Price is $12 per ornament. Please E-transfer your payment to rina.orlov@gmail.com , make the answer MBTSA all in caps. Payment must be made at the same time as the order.

Pick up in Bridgewater or delivery available.

Additional shipping cost outside of Winnipeg.
