LRHS OutReach Academic Support Registration  Session 3:                             Tuesdays & Thursdays   3/20/18-5/10/18,         2:20-3:30 PM
This program is offered to students free of charge and will be staffed by Howard County Public School teachers and paraeducators. We are providing support for ELL students, students in Algebra II, English 10 PARCC Prep, and Government HSA Prep.  Students will receive supplemental instruction and support for assignments in the target subject area(s). This is not a homework club.  Free transportation is available to five neighborhood stops. Students will also receive a snack. By signing up for the program, students are committing to attend each day of the session; attendance will be taken on a daily basis.  Students who do not attend regularly will be dismissed from the program.

Once you complete this registration form,  your child IS ENROLLED and should attend OutReach beginning March 20th.

IF YOUR CHILD IS ALREADY REGISTERED FOR OUTREACH AND WISHES TO REMAIN IN THE PROGRAM FOR SESSION 3, HE/SHE DOES NOT NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN. REGISTRATION FOR SESSION 3 WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY, March 29th.
