In our next LocaLAB collaborative study, we will be exploring the wonderful topic of.. tea!
EAT TEA ~ A multi-course event dinner working wonders with tea, with inventive drink pairings, tea ceremonies and many more surprises await you.
For this event, we are collaborating with our friends and resident tea expert Pak Kib Roby from Dharma Tea, who hosted a field trip to a number of tea plantations, fields, and processing facilities across Java. Following this, our brain cells will be bursting with a new crop of ideas and experiments to develop in the test kitchen.
We will ‘take a leaf’ from the vast cultural and culinary heritage of tea varieties; white, green, yellow, oolong, black, aged pu-erh, herbal, blends and tisanes.
Hosted for 2 nights only, this intimate, interactive dinner experience will showcase these newly created edible ideas using tea.
We seat just 12 each evening, RSVP is essential to secure your place.
