2. In this Data Protection and Privacy Statement, “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data in combination with other information, to which we may have access.

Examples of such Personal Data you may provide to us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us) your name, NRIC, passport or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address and any other information relating to individuals which you have provided us in any form you may have submitted to us, or via any other form of interaction.

4. We may collect, use, disclose and process your Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes:
a) To process your application to be a member of the club;
b) To administer and manage your relationship with us as a member (“Relationship”);
c) To contact you or communicate with you via various modes of communication such as voice call, text message or fax message, email or postal mail for the purposes of administering and managing your relationship with us;
d) To conduct publicity and/or the development of promotional materials, for use by us. This may include, but is not limited to, videos and photos of participants at our events;
e) To answer your queries or provide you with assistance in any other way;
f) To facilitate participation in our activities; and
g) Any other purpose reasonably related to the aforesaid.
(collectively, the “Purposes”).

5. We may need to disclose your personal data to third parties, whether located within or outside Singapore, which are engaged by us to process your personal data for one or more of the above Purposes. In this regard, we will maintain the appropriate levels of security and confidentiality.

By signing this membership application form, you agree that NTU Kaleidoscope may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by our organisation as a result of your membership, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012: (a) the processing of this application; and (b) the administration of the membership with our organisation.
