Finally, the leaderboards are much more than just about rankings of Local Guides. By participating you can also gain access to powerful tools that enable you to monitor and track your Maps contributions by various metrics. Additionally, if you've ever experienced having hidden reviews and/or photos, whether it be because of policy non-compliance or otherwise, then you will be interested in the in-built health check feature (see example screens in the next sections).
