Jarton a Lovely Town For Your Lifestyle -By Joshuwat- Join Jarton, a very busy town. We have all sorts of plots of 4 different sizes and a warp so you don't need to set a home. There are many residents here living in Jarton while there is a public farm and warp. If you need anything, I'm always here, (mostly). Town Pics My home. If you are to need anything I might be here. The NEW Updated Streets! Jarton! Jargus! RULES 1. No swearing and No Griefing. 2. Do not build below y=50. Stay on your plot. 3. No stealing or entering others plots w/out perm. 4. Do not change any block that isn't yours. 5. No breaking any server or community rules. a. You must replant the farm if you use it. 6. You aren't allowed to sell your plot. 7. Do not build with Obsidian. 8. Do not be offline more than 14 days without 8 Cont'd: notifying Torzon or Joshuwat. 9. Any violation is an immediate eviction. 10. Be a good town resident and neighbor. WARNING If you are to disobey any of these rules, you will be immediately evicted but you will get a 3 day notice to pack up all of your things. After 3 days, all of the stuff you leave behind is my new property. GRIFERS BE WARNED! If you are to grief, we don't fool around. we WILL hire an investigator and you will be banned from the town. Once you are offline for a week, (If banned), I will file an LWC removal and claim your property if you do not file an appeal. Adjacent Towns to Jarton Towns to grow Jarton into a large nation called Jnation! 1. Jargus (ready with plots) 2. JemJam (ready with warp) 3. Lintargus (ready with warp) 4. Jaltus (ready, no warp) 5. Janus (Private but with warp) PERKS There are a few perks such as a shop at warp and a small public farm. The adjacent towns will have more public farms as big or bigger than jarton due to room shortage. You are allowed to build a farm in your plot. There might be more as we are just a beginning town. Tree farm MUST be replanted or it will be taken down. Please be considerate when using it as other members of town might need wood for housing. EVENTS Events are just like party games with rewards. You could get diamonds, cash, or even nether stars!!! Christmas Presents Under The Tree ~ 12/13/15 - 12/27/15 Thinking about a large maze unreachable until it's done with trade signs with Nstars for 1 penny! DONATION CHEST The have an item-give an item, need an item-take an item chests are great for those in need. If you have an item you don't need or want anymore, throw it in there. another resident might want it. To help others is an honor like serving in the military. PLOTS There are plots (who has a town that no one can have plots in?) that have 3 different sizes. There are 25x25's, 20x20's, 15x15's and apartments. The prices change by the different sizes. You can either buy the plot, and switch to a bigger plot if needed, or you can rent a plot monthly for a very cheap price, (don't know why I put them at those prices ). WE ARE CURRENTLY BUILDING 3 MORE TOWNS AS THEY WILL BE FARM TOWNS. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE WORK OUR BEST ON IT! PRICES There are different prices for plots. They are all very cheap for plots. Here is a list of them. 25x25: Buy=2000 20x20: Buy=1500 15x15: Buy=1000 Apartment (comes with a workbench and large chest): Buy=750 Perms to JemJam Tree Farm: 20k or owner perms for adding replanters are 30k!
