I have been drinking your pre workout prior to the HIIT in order to preserve muscle. I'm at 6-8% body fat and am looking to maximize lean muscle. should I do my early HIIT in a completely fasted state (i.e. no aminos) or should I continue the use of pre workout? 2017-08-28T14:17:45Z Comment by André Pillati Nice podcast!! 2017-08-28T04:13:30Z
