REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANT
1. Submit on Google Form: Complete the Scholarship Application
2. Submit by Mail: Complete a one-page response to the essay prompt. Essay Prompt: Describe the impact of education in your life and how it can impact the lives of young people.  
3. Submit on Google Form: Resume of extra-curricular civic/religious activities and community service
4. Submit by Mail: Two professional letters of recommendation:
a. Letter from a current high school guidance counselor on official school letterhead
b. Letter from a community or youth leader, clergy or other professionals who know attributes of you as a student.
5. Submit by Mail: An official high school transcript with most current GPA in sealed envelope.
