Deadline: Friday, February 21st at noon.
Delivery: Likely mid to late March, will update once the order is placed.
Shipping: Please add $15 for any jerseys to be shipped, they will be shipped US Postal Service in flat rate boxes.
Customization: The Icepack reserve the right to reject any customized jersey it deems inappropriate or offensive.  Additionally, number 20 is retired for Stephen Russell, it can only be produced with his name and number.
No special characters are allowed (#!*).  They do not print well on nameplates.
Youth Sizes: Youth sizes are available and are a sublimated jersey, which is a dyed jersey that is lighter weight.  They are not authentic but are a cheaper option for youth fans that will grow out of them.
Materials: These jerseys are produced by Rebirth and are identical to what the Icepack wear on ice.  
Ordering Multiple Jerseys: Please submit a form for each jersey to ensure proper customization and sizing.
Goalie Cuts:  Please fill out the form indicating size and email Tim Healy to make it a goalie cut.
