2022 IATSE Pride Registration - New York

The 2022 New York Pride March is happening on Sunday, June 26th. As we did for WorldPride, the IATSE has reserved a space for members to march.

IATSE members/permits may bring family members and friends along. All participants will receive an IATSE Pride t-shirt while supplies last. Shirt sizes are limited and so they are on a first-come first-served basis. In the event that you select a size that is no longer in stock, you will be informed by email and given the chance to select another available size.

Once we get closer to the parade date, an email will go out to the address you provide below to inform you of the meeting time, location, and any other relevant info.

We want to ensure that everyone who marches receives a shirt so please only select if you will be in attendance. (Please note that if you RSVP after 3:00pm on Friday, June 24th, you will still be able to join us in the march but you may not receive a shirt. We will try to have a handful of extras on hand, but we can't guarantee they will still be available or in your correct size)

In addition to marching, there are various other tasks that need to be done. If you're interested in participating in those, please select any/all you'd be willing to help with below.

"Dressing Dolly" (Dolly is the trolley that we have rented. On the morning of the march, those interested will meet for some "arts and crafts" to decorate our trolley).

March Captain (We are required to have designated people who can monitor the trolley and marchers to ensure everything is safe, not leaving people behind, etc.)

Available to lend a hand on the day in any other way I can. Handing out water, pulling a wagon of supplies, cleaning up, etc.

While the trolley is available for anyone who needs a quick rest, or to get out of the sun, we want to ensure it is reserved for anyone with any mobility issues that would otherwise be unable to march. If this applies to you, please let us know so that we can make sure you get priority on the trolley.

Is there anything else we should know?

By marching in the parade you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or videos taken by fellow IATSE members or members of the public/media. The images may be shared online on websites, videos, social media, and/or printed/broadcast by the media. We never want anyone to feel uncomfortable or outed by participating in the parade, however due to the very public nature of the event it is impossible to guarantee privacy from photos or video being taken of you or your guests. *
