To help ensure the safety and security of residents and guests of the Hamptons Community, we have installed license plate reader (LPR) security cameras at the entrances of our community.  

If you are a resident of or have been a guest of the Hamptons Community and have been a victim of a crime or other safety-related incident involving the use of a vehicle that may have traveled through our community, you may use this form to request a courtesy review of the data captured by our LPR camera system to assist in addressing your issue.

By submitting this form, you MUST agree to the following conditions:

1.  You are requesting a COURTESY REVIEW of information contained in a security system owned by the Hamptons Owners Association (HOA).  As such, you acknowledge that the HOA is under no obligation to provide the requested data and that the HOA makes the final decision on whether the information is ultimately shared with the appropriate authorities to assist in any investigation or prosecution.

2.  If we do find any relevant data from our system and if the HOA decides to share the information with the appropriate investigative or prosecutorial entity, you confirm that you are making an affirmative request for the HOA to share details of the crime/incident that you will be providing with this request to said investigative/prosecutorial entities.

3.  To assist us in locating the information you need, you must provide ALL the requested information that is applicable.  You acknowledge that failure to provide the requested information may result in your request not being granted and/or the information you seek not being located.
