Vendor Application--Dec. 15th 2019 Craft Fair
Craft Fair will be 11:00-4:00 on the 15th.  Vendors must check in at 10:00 AM.  This form should be filled out by all vendors.  Once you are officially registered we will respond with a vendor packet with more information.

**Note our craft fair registration is now full.** All new registrations will be placed on a waiting list.  On Dec. 5th we will let those on the waiting list know about their application status.  Please confirm your desire to be on the waiting list and fill out your vendor information.  DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT.  We will ask new vendors for payment once we have confirmed slots.
