MISSION STATEMENT: ​​
To introduce the game of Ultimate to all ages and skill levels with the purpose of providing the opportunity for each player to develop and have fun.  We strive to maintain an environment that promotes community, integrity, hard work, and having fun -  while cultivating a passion for Ultimate Frisbee.


Our youth programs are broken up into 2 different age groups:

Grand Rapids Sparks | Co-ed 9-13 Ultimate Frisbee Program
Grand Rapids White Lightning | Co-ed 13-19 Ultimate Frisbee Team

GRAND RAPIDS SPARKS | Co-ed Ages 9-13
A beginner Ultimate Frisbee program. The Sparks are coached by fun, energetic coaches looking to get kids engaged and excited! If you aren't having fun then you aren't doing it right. We will learn how to throw several types of throws, the basic offense and how to be people of integrity and hard work on and off the field.

GRAND RAPIDS WHITE LIGHTNING | Co-ed Ages 13-19
A beginner and advanced Ultimate Frisbee team. This is one unified program that practices together. We also will split up and combine frequently depending on skill and knowledge of the game to benefit each athlete involved.
Our goals is to have fun, all in love with the sport and all the while uphold our four core values.

We are entering our 5th season as a team. We are excited that we were able to commit to our core values and, through the commitment of our parents, players and coaches, have such a successful season.
