Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are excited to learn what your child has done this year as it relates to the GLOBE (https://www.globe.gov/)  Program. You are completing this registration form because your child's teacher has informed us that your child has a GLOBE research project or some type of artistic expression to share at the GLOBE Midwest ESS Virtual Science Symposium . The "Live Virtual" Event takes place on Thursday, May 13 2:00-4:00 pm ET/1:00-3:00 pm CT.

This registration needs to be completed by Friday, MAY 7, 2021.

Your child needs to upload the GLOBE work by MAY 7, 2021.
Check with the teacher to see if the GLOBE work was uploaded in class to this website: https://tinyurl.com/GLOBEMidwestESSEntry

To enroll your child(ren) in the GLOBE Midwest ESS Virtual Science Symposium , please complete the registration in Section #2.

In Section #3, you will be giving your consent for your child(ren) to participate.
