The GEO will be bargaining wage increases with the university administration in Spring 2020. As part of that preparation, the GEO is collecting financial data from the membership to inform the proposals that are made at the bargaining table. Completing this survey will assist in those efforts by allowing us to clearly demonstrate our needs to the administration. What you share below will help us craft the most compelling proposals when we bargain with the University. Without your help, we won't be able to argue effectively for higher wages.
