From Conflict to Opportunity
Occurs Wednesday of every week from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM on 4/10/2019
The Rev. Sarah Shofstall will present a two-part workshop designed to help people learn to disagree without being disagreeable and to build open respectful relationships in the fact of conflict. Participants will learn useful collaborative skills, how to “turn down the heat” in a discussion and reduce the destructive behaviors that can make meetings unpleasant and unproductive. While the examples and exercises will focus on church settings, the skills taught can be applied in any conflict.
