Fast Film Fest 2021 Submission Form
The Robert C. Williams Museum of Papermaking’s Fast Film Fest is a virtual festival for 5 minute or shorter paper animation films. The competition is free and open to the public. All short films should be created between January 15 and March 05, 2021. All animations must be paper-based, using cutout animation and/or stop motion animation techniques. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges to be screened during a virtual watch party on March 19, 2021.
