FCG Garden Directory Update Form
Forsyth Community Gardening needs your help to maintain our Map & Directory to provide accurate information about the program. This information helps volunteers find gardens and supports our continued efforts to improve the quality, number and sustainability of gardens in Forsyth County.
We ask that ALL new community gardens please submit a directory entry, and that existing gardens update their information as needed. Only the gardens in this directory receive resources from N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center.

Here is how to update your garden information:

1) Communicate with your garden group to submit ONE update.  Please select one person, who responds to email regularly, to be the contact for the Garden Directory.

2) Check the current online map to see if your garden is listed.  If it is, please use the same name in your update. Link to map: https://mapf.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=fee4624872464eebbc9d25af87476609

3) Fill out this form to provide information about your garden.  If you have an entry in the Directory, you may copy current information from your page, but do submit an update to confirm that the information is still good.
