2023 EV Car Exhibit Volunteer Registration

Thank you for volunteering to exhibit your vehicle during the Town of Manlius EarthFest 2023 event.

The event will take place on April 29, 2023, with a rain date of May 13, 2022. The event is at the Fayetteville Canal Landing Park, located at 120 Limestone Plaza, Fayetteville, NY 13066 and runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day. We would ask that you arrive no later than 9:45 a.m. in order to park in your designated spot and prepare your display.

If you have any questions, please contact sustainablemanlius@gmail.com. This is a volunteer exhibit, and so you will be responsible for your vehicles display throughout the event. We recommend making the sure the vehicle is washed and is "tidy" on the inside if peering through the windows. There may be prizes for the best one!
