We have read the Policy Handbook of the Etowah Youth Orchestras and all information contained therein, and accept and agree to abide by all information contained in the Handbook, including all matters regarding attendance, auditions, and general etiquette and conduct. We understand that all matters related to the operation and activities of the EYO and its student members will be governed by the policies provided therein. Furthermore, we understand that the staff of the Etowah Youth Orchestras has discretion in all matters relating to the policies of the organization, and that any matter not contained in this Handbook will be addressed in a fair and equitable fashion by the EYO staff, consistent with written policy, for the benefit of the students and the organization. We understand that any issues related to policies of the EYO will always be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and that the Policy Handbook will be the benchmark for the outcome on all policy-related decisions. We understand that all policies and decisions related to the EYO are made for the benefit of the entire organization and all students participating in the Etowah Youth Orchestras. *
