INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the following form to serve as a reference for the Coro Exploring Leadership Program.  Launched in 1998, Exploring Leadership is a full-time summer leadership development program for current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders – who are interested in developing their leadership skills to make a positive impact in their school and neighborhood communities. Each Youth Fellow receives an $1,000 stipend (includes transportation and other expenses). More information can be found at coronorcal.org/program/exploring-leadership/.

Participants will have hands-on training through seminars, internship, interviews, group work, community service, and skill-building.  

Exploring Leadership brings together participants who bring diverse backgrounds, experiences, learning styles, and leadership styles. Your comments give us a key perspective that will help inform our selection process.  Please give your honest opinion of this applicant in response to the following prompts.
