Chase the winter blues away at Caribbean Night 2020!

The theme is "Island Pursuits - A Taste of the Caribbean" and the menu offered by Gourmet Galley will put you all in the mood for sunshine and ocean waves! Includes buffet dinner and live music by a steel drum band. BYOB.

Attire: Cocktail attire, summer dresses, Hawaiian shirts, etc.

A Taste of the Caribbean Menu:

Cocktails and Hors D’ouevres (6 pm)

Cheese platter with bread and crackers garnished with tropical fruit

Conch fritters with chipotle remoulade

Plantain Chips with Mango Salsa

Dinner Buffet (7:15 pm)

Shrimp Kabobs, skewered with pineapple and peppers

Succulent Pork Ribs with house made salsa verde

Classic Rice and Beans

Curried Seasonal Vegetables
