Disability Network Eastern Michigan
(DNEM) has developed a fun program designed to equip, energize, and empower
young people with disabilities. This program includes empowerment, leadership,
creative expression and life skills. These
sessions will give participants hands-on activities, artistic expression options
and real-life situations through which they gain positive life skills. This camp will take place at Disability Network Eastern Michigan, 4040 24th Avenue Fort Gratiot, MI 48059 from 10am-2pm Monday, August 19th through Thursday, August 22th, 2024.
Participants must be 14 years or older and capable of independent self-care or have support for their self-care. Camp will be canceled if there are less than 8 participants. If DNEM cancels camp for any reason, refunds will be issued. The maximum number of participants for this camp is 12. Payment must be made to hold your spot. Please go to www.dnemichigan.org and click the DONATE button to pay $80 for your spot. Payment can also be made by cash or check at DNEM's Fort Gratiot South office (4040 24th Ave, Fort Gratiot, MI 48059) no later than August 5, 2024. Once payment is received, an email confirmation will be sent.
