* Bring your own writing materials.
If you bring your own laptops, please bring along your portable wifi.
* Club Leadership Handbook ( Please be prepared and read at least pgs 22-43 on your respective Exco roles and responsibilities.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1) Remember to SIGN IN your attendance to be counted for DCP.
2) A minimum of 4 Excos must be present. Only those who signed in will be counted.
3) You may attend other Division's Club Officers Training if unable to attend Division H COT1.
4) For COT1, if you are holding different Exco Roles (whether in the same or different club), you will need to attend the training for the respective roles.
Example: If you are the President of Club A, and Treasurer of Club B. You will need to attend one COT1 and sign in as the President, and attend another COT1 as the Treasurer. As the breakout sessions are done separately for respective Exco role in COT1. For COT2, you can sign in for different roles as the breakout sessions are not based on roles.
