All applicants filling out this form MUST be at least 18 years or older to sign this application.

If you are under 18, please have your parent or legal guardian fill out and sign and date this form.  Parental/guardian signature is required to be considered for volunteering for all those under 18.

Job Requirements:
Minimum age requirement is 14 years of age-unless approved by haunt owner or staff manager.

Must have own reliable transportation to and from our attraction located at:
                        3072 Graydon Ave
                                East Troy, WI  53120

Must be in good health and generally good shape.

Must be able to be on your FEET for entire night.

Will work in environment with strong smells, fog, strobes, and loud noises.

Must be able to show up on time and work until 11 pm.

Must be able to take and follow directions from designated staff.

Must be willing to work where you are placed by the actor manager.

WoT crew MUST stay in character when in view of public.

WoT crew will not eat or drink in view of public while in costume.

There is no heat so you must dress in thin layers.

If you have a costume/mask you would like to wear, it must be PRE-APPROVED by staff manager prior to the work night it will be worn.

Any special makeup requests MUST be approved PRIOR to night of by Makeup Lead or Staff Manager.

All training nights will be required. Dates to be determined.

Compensation:
Workers will receive a nightly stipend.

BONUS!! Workers that help all nights that the Walk of Terror is in operation to be eligible for end of season bonus.
