ENTRY FORM for Scholarship Essay Contest

1. Complete and submit this electronic ENTRY FORM (click submit, receipt indicating success and instructions for follow-up will appear on the screen).

2. Email DWChorrycounty@gmail.com with the subject Scholarship application. Include your name and school in the email. Attach your 1,000–1,500 word essay in an MS Word compatible format along with a copy of either your voter registration card or another document that provides proof of Horry County residency.

3. Entries must be received by April 15, 2022. Please inform your counselor that you have applied. A copy of your application will be sent to your email.

Copy of voter registration card or other proof of residency in Horry County

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
