Saturday, NOVEMBER 2ND, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
NO REFUNDS AFTER September 15th
Set up Friday evening 6:00 to 9:00 pm
& saturday 6:00 to 8:30 am
Vendors must be in the building
and set up by 8:30 am Saturday morning
and be present the entire time of the event.
vendors are not to tear down prior to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We welcome all crafters with hand crafted
& baked merchandise.
Spaces are limited for Non-Handmade Vendors and will be located in one row in the Practice Gym.
SPACES: 10 x 10, $50 each (corner and end spots - $10 extra)
TABLES: $5.00 (6' x 30")
ELECTRICITY: $10.00
CHAIRS: no charge - one per vendor
SIGN UP will be online and open to soon.
Returning vendors who have been with us the longest will be allowed to register first to reserve their same spot,
followed by all other vendors.
RAFFLE TICKETS - $2.00 or 3 for $5.00

LUNCH IS SERVED BY THE MUSIC BOOSTERS.
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE ORDERS AND
DELIVER TO THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO LEAVE THEIR BOOTH

Beginning May 1 REgistration will be open (and emailed) to returning vendors that have been doing our show the longest.
Next - May 15th REgistration will be open (and emailed) to our remaining vendors that have participated in our show in 2022.
Beginning June 1st, it will be open to the public
