Dyslexia Association of Singapore -  Preschool Online Screening (Registration form)
Dear Parents/Guardian

The purpose of the screening is to determine if the DAS Preschool Programme is suitable for your child in Kindergarten One/K1, Kindergarten Two/K2 or repeating Kindergarten Two in 2024. 
Please note that the screening is not an assessment. 
The preschool literacy screening will enable us to understand your child’s current early literacy skills such as reading, spelling and writing. After screening, our therapist will advise accordingly and if applicable, share on how to apply for our DAS Preschool Early Literacy Support Program.

2. Fee information 

The session will take place online and will likely take 10 to 15 minutes with your child and another 10 to 15 minutes with the parents (to get some background info and answer any questions you have).

You will need to prepare the following: 

1) Laptop/tablet to assess Google meet or Zoom for screening
2) Stable Wi-Fi connection
3) Microphone and webcam on the electronic device
