District 48 SummerU/Kindergarten Kick-off 2022 Registration Form
District 48 is pleased to announce that registration is open for the SummerU and Kindergarten Kickoff (summer school) programs! The instructional focus will be reading, math, and social-emotional, with opportunities for enrichment. There is no cost to families.

For incoming Kindergarteners:
Dates: July 25 - August 4 (Monday through Thursday, no Fridays)
Time: 8:30am - 11:00 am
Location: Salt Creek Primary School, 980 South Riverside Drive, Elmhurst, IL 60126

For incoming Grades 1 through 8 grades:
Dates: July 18 - August 4 (Monday through Thursday, no Fridays)
Time: 8:00am - 11:30am
Location: Swartz Elementary School, 17W 160 16th Street, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181

Bus transportation is available. The Oakbrook Terrace Park District will also be offering an afternoon camp at Swartz Elementary School for an additional fee; questions about camp can be directed to the Park District at 630-627-6100.

Please complete the registration form in its entirety by May 13, 2022. If you have multiple children attending Kindergarten Kick-off/SummerU, complete one registration form per child.
