Dual Language Program Interest Survey
Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 will implement a dual language program in 2018-19 for kindergarten students.  A dual language program provides a challenging, enriched curriculum in two languages. Elmhurst D205 will be implementing a Two-Way Immersion program in English and Spanish with balanced numbers of native English speakers and native Spanish speakers in each dual language classroom.  Dual language classrooms will have at least 50% of instruction in Spanish. Students will enter the program as kindergarteners and will continue in the dual language model at least through 5th grade, receiving instruction in Spanish and English throughout.

This survey is designed to gather information about parent interest in the program.  More information about dual language programs can be found at the D205 Dual Language website at https://sites.google.com/elmhurst205.org/elmhurst-dual-language-program/home.
