BACKGROUND
The full Continuum of Care (CoC) membership is the inclusive and diverse body of stakeholders working together to strategically and effectively respond to homelessness in the CoC. CoC members may be any individual or organization with an interest in understanding homelessness and taking action to address it by contributing to the goals of the CoC. Organizations may name one representative who can serve in the capacity of the member organization and vote on its behalf.
