Since Clean Virginia Waterways was founded in 1995, this annual volunteer event has kept nearly 5 MILLION pounds of litter and plastic pollution out of our ocean because of your dedication. |

This year on Public Lands Day, September 25, 2021 Assateague Island National Seashore will be having a beach clean up in the Virginia district of the island also known as the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge.
