It's a bike, It's a scooter, it's WHAT??? The happiest day in Chattanooga returns with whimsical wheeled creations and lots of creative awesomeness! Our free public art event is ready to celebrate Chattanooga's creative spirit and the only thing missing is you. Whether you are an car enthusiast, a community group, or here on a dare, your mobile expression will be included on our downtown We Make Festival and Concours D'Art.
