Our next Microsoft Word certification class will begin in July of 2023. This is an in-person class that will take place at Cleveland Public Library's Lorain Branch, 8216 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland. The days and times of the class will be Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM-12:30 PM. 

Orientation sessions will be held on July 18th & 20th from 10:00-12:30 PM, and on July 25th & 27th from 10:00-12:30 PM. You must attend two days of orientation. 

The class begins on Tuesday, August 1st and runs through Friday, December 18th with a 5-week paid internship starting November 13th. 

Your responses to this survey will be considered when developing the class content. A response is required for each section.
