1. Applicants should apply for media accreditation and interview requests separately. Successful applicants for media accreditation do not entitle to neither pre-event nor on-site interviews automatically and vice versa.

2. Clockenflap would try its best to assist with the interview request process but please note that final approval of artist interviews is 100% subject to artist management decision.

3. Stay tuned for the latest updates regarding submission deadlines at different phases. Unless specified otherwise, all applicants could apply for pre-coverage interview within 14 days after each round of lineup announcement (Next submission deadline: 23:59 on 8TH JUNE 2025) . Any artist interview request submitted after the deadline of each announcement will be regarded as next round submission. The latest pre-event interview application is 17 November (Monday) 23:59 HKT. Any application which fails to comply with this requirement will be rejected automatically without prior notice from Clockenflap.

5. For general pre-coverage interview request (e.g. founders interview), please submit the duly completed application to press room by 23:59 on 31 OCTOBER 2025.

5. Successful applicants for Pre-event interview request will receive individual notifications by email. Applicants who have not been notified for successful application may assume their applications unsuccessful. No individual notifications will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.
