1. Applicants should apply for media accreditation and interview requests separately. Successful applicants for media accreditation do not entitle to neither pre-event nor on-site interviews automatically and vice versa.

2. Applicants must submit the duly completed application for on-site interview requests by 26 November 2025 (Wednesday) 23:59 HKT. Any application which fails to comply with this requirement will be rejected automatically without prior notice from Clockenflap.

3. Clockenflap would try its best to assist with the interview request process but please note that final approval of artist interviews is 100% subject to artist management decision.

5. Successful applicants for onsite interview request will receive individual notifications by email no later than 23:59 HKT 4 December 2025 (Thursday). Applicants who have not been notified for successful application may assume their applications unsuccessful. No individual notifications will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.
