Shop the Trunk Vendor Application
PLEASE READ The vendor portion of Christmas at The Marketplace is called Shop the Trunk. Vendors will be assigned two (2) parking spots to set up their "trunk store". Vendors will sell their merchandise directly out of their trunks and using the additional parking space, as needed. Vendors will be responsible for bringing all their own tables, chairs, equipment, etc, if needed, and are required to remain parked in their assigned parking spot for the duration of the event (12pm - 3pm).

Please complete this form if you would like to apply as a vendor to sell products and/or services during the Christmas at the Marketplace event. Please note that all vendor applications will be reviewed and must be approved before participating as a vendor. 

Note: All vendors selling food must be properly permitted by the City of Dellwood

Vendor Application Deadline: November 30, 2022

1. Vendors MUST engage customers outside of conversation and sales. eg. samples, raffles, games, crafts, giveaways, etc.
2. Vendors must provide their own equipment, tables, chairs, electricity, and WiFi, if needed. 
3. Vendors must remain parked in their assigned spaces for the duration of the event.
4. Keep all packing materials out of sight during the event. 
5. This is an outdoor event. No tenting will be provided. 
6. All vendors are expected to tastefully decorate their trunks.
7. Refuge & Restoration Nonprofit reserves the right remove non-compliant vendors.

WAIVER OF ALL LIABILITY
Vendors shall release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Refuge & Restoration Nonprofit, its elected and appointed staff, members, successors, assigns, legal representatives, officers, employees and agents (collectively, "indemnities'") for, from and against any and all claims liabilities, cost damages, losses, causes of action, suits, demands, judgments and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs, attorneys' fees and costs of investigation or otherwise (collectively "liabilities") of any nature, kind or description of any person or entity directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from or related to (in whole or in part) merchandise loss or property damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from or connected to the operation of my vending during Christmas at The Marketplace event. Refuge and Restoration strongly recommends that vendors secure insurance coverage and that Refuge and Restoration Nonprofit be named as an "additional primary insured".

VENDOR AGREEMENT
Refuge and Restoration Nonprofit reserves the right to accept or deny any application. I have read and understand the conditions as set forth in the Christmas at the Marketplace Rules and Regulations, further, my agreement below acknowledges my agreement to abide by those rules as described in the Christmas at the Marketplace Vendors Rules and Regulations. This agreement becomes binding only upon formal acceptance by Refuge and Restoration Nonprofit. It is the responsibility of the Food Vendor to submit a temporary food permit to the County Health Department, and to be approved by the same prior to submitting your vendor application to  Christmas at the Marketplace.
