1. BPRC equipment may be taken off-site for a maximum of 48 hours with approval of a member of the Equipment Committee or designated Boat Manager.
2. At least one of the paddlers/rowers in the boat must be a member of BPRC in good standing.
3. The equipment may not be loaned out at a regatta, race, or recreational paddle to non-members.
4. Some boats, designated and marked as Advanced, are for use by experienced and approved Members only.
5. The borrower is responsible for the safe transport, use, and storage of the borrowed equipment.
6. If the equipment is damaged, the borrower must report the damage and pay for parts, materials, and the insurance deductible if a claim is filed.
7. Exceptions to any of the above rules are at the discretion of the Board.
8. After approval by the Boat Team, please list this offsite use on the Takeaway Log in the boathouse.
9. Log the use on the regular sign in log when you pick up the boat.
