This form helps estimate which information and decision patterns you prefer – your “cognitive mode” – and determine scores for placing you well on a strong team.  Teams work best when all members know, share, and adopt roles consistent with their cognitive mode preferences for information collection and decision making.

It is better to record your natural preferences rather than what you might think your family or teachers expect of you. Being honest with yourself is most likely to get you a team assignment as close as possible to what you really like to do and are probably good at doing throughout the project.
