Hamilton's First

Bad A** Women's Month

October 2022

Everyone knows what happens when great people come together... strength in numbers, right? But what about when great women come together?

Well, that's a whole different level of magic...

*

Please join us for the first-ever Hamilton BadA** Women's Month:

BADA** Strength In Numbers.

Strength in connections... for the first time ever, we have created a full month of events to bring together and forge connections among BADA** women and their supporters through educational, networking, fitness, fundraising, and social activities.

*

Strength in stories... the B.A.W.M. will be an opportunity for BADA** women to discover, shape, and tell their stories - and use those stories to empower the impact we are all destined to make.

*

Strength in purpose... by focusing on women's TOTAL WELLNESS, the B.A.W.M. will build the strength and courage we need EVERY DAY to live our purpose and make our community - and the world - a better place.

"Being a strong woman is very important to me. But doing it all on my own is not.”

Reba McEntire

Events happening throughout October will build and strengthen EVERY WOMAN'S WELLNESS in 5 critical areas:

Physical

Preventative care, proper health care, nutrition and exercise, movement, creating and sticking to healthy habits, and overcoming personal barriers and self-limiting habits.

Mental

Managing stress & hormonal changes, the power of positive thinking, emotional support, practicing gratitude and gratefulness, embracing personal responsibility, and improving self-esteem.

Spritual

The power of prayer, meditation, writing, reading, and speaking affirmations as well as building a practice to study and focus on areas that strengthen your soul.

Financial

Fundamentals of understanding how money works and the basics of financial literacy as well as the importance of setting a vision and goals for your financial future.

Personal Safety

Defining and respecting your personal boundaries, recognizing abusive situations and relationships, and taking the necessary physical, emotional, and financial steps to protect yourself.
