Use this questionnaire to:
a) build awareness of assumptions or beliefs you may hold when considering your development as a negotiator
b) explore how to become more effective building your capabilities.
This "menu" may be particularly useful at the start of a learning journey. It takes 2-3 minutes and you can respond as many times as you'd like.
At the end you will receive a score (max. 15 points) reflecting whether your assumptions tend to be more or less empowering. This is not intended to rate you as better or worse negotiator, but simply to raise your self-awareness and help identify potential assumptions to reconsider.
If your score is high, this is still an opportunity to reflect on how you might adopt even more empowering assumptions to help you succeed.
