Pre-Conference Assembly

Our Area 46 Pre-Conference Assembly is an opportunity for groups to share their voice regarding this year's General Service Conference agenda topics. Please make plans to attend the Saturday evening sharing session, as this session is set aside for our Delegate to gather information about agenda items. On Sunday morning a conference sharing session is also built into the agenda. This is another time for Area 46 members to comment on Conference agenda items of concern to your groups.

Attend In-Person or Online

You can help us effectively produce this event by registering for either in-person or online attendance. Having a good idea of how many will be in person and online will help us better manage space at the venue and determine how many tech team members we need online and in each breakout room.

Assembly Locations

The assembly will be held at the Hot Springs High School 1801 N Pershing St., Truth or Consequences, NM 87901. For those attending online, the Zoom information will be sent shortly before the assembly.

Committee Breakouts are Hybrid Too

All committee breakouts will be hybrid. On Zoom you will be able to move yourself in and out of breakout rooms. You MUST update to the latest version of Zoom in order to move yourself in and out of breakout rooms. If you enter the assembly and have not updated your Zoom client, then the host will move you as before.

As always, you will be asked to select your committee breakout selections for Saturday morning during registration. Your email confirmation will include the breakout selections you made so please hang on to it.
