Haha, the problem with having an art shop is doing what the customer wants.. xD
I'm also not that reliable to draw consistently, though I'm trying to improve on that. The times in between drawing are sometimes months or years apart. OTL

lol well u've only to tell it to ur costumer that u've long time for real life issues or lazyness and see what he/she does

Thanks, Iku! I just use my trusty Photoshop 7.0... Because I've tried other programs and can't figure them out. OTL I just make the pictures big and shrink them in the end so they don't look AS pixel-y.. Haha. And yes to both. I love traditional art... I want to learn how to watercolor, oil paint, anything non-digital. I love nature, so landscapes and random scenery is something that I want to be able to draw. :) At the moment, I'm trying to draw trees.

I think you should totally make an art shop! I take forever to finish commissions too, but people are always happy to receive art, even if it's taken forever. XD I've even finished a commission a little more than 2 years after it was requested.

Ah. I want to learn to more traditional stuff too. 8D Mostly painting since I already have some knowledge of charcoal and such. (Though I need more experience with that. )
I borrowed a book from the library on watercolors, but haven't had a chance to go through it yet.
I think I may try and focus more on Chinese brush painting though.

Iku - Ooh, charcoal... Never got to play with those, hehe. Sounds messy... like pastels, maybe, but less oily?
Ah! My grandma can do that kind of stuff! She does Chinese calligraphy mostly though. :D

It is pretty messy, but fun! I don't have really any experience with pastels, sadly. Another thing to add to the list I suppose.

I, uh.. Only have the experience of getting pastel smudged onto everywhere and not being allowed to touch them again.. Haha..

Yeah, she let me play with her calligraphy stuff, but obviously I couldn't get the brushes to work the same way, hehe. Do it! :D

Lmfao! I think my older brothers had some pastels or something because I remember playing with them. Just never actually worked with them.

I changed the first post so that there are thumbnails... Hopefully this helps with keeping the clutter to a minimum.. And I'm pretty sure I'll update just the first post when I have new pictures, so no one has to go searching for my art. :)

Hurray!! Really?? No one's ever said that about my coloring. Actually, the first time I ever colored one of my drawings, I was told that it ruined the original art, so that makes me so happy~~ TwT
