Unfortunately, we do not have an update on the audit exemption changes in the 2024 Act. As soon as we hear of any progress, we will provide an update.

Letters of No Objection
The delay in getting Letters of No Objection from Revenue appears to have returned. Companies considering making an application for voluntary strike off should consider making the application well in advance of an upcoming annual return date given the delay in issuing the letters.
