[Theme Chooser] TruBlue USMC

Here is a port of my blue theme with a silver Eagle, Globe and Anchor background for my Marine brothers and sisters (and anyone else that would like it). It is pretty simple but I think looks good. Try it out and let me know what can be changed or made better. This is my second attempt at a theme chooser apk so please let me know what you like and do not! As always with any theme chooser apk flash back to your original system then flash mine and do not worry about any error messages just hit apply anyway!
